Le Politique
A traditional brasserie, Le Politique will offer a menu of classic French fare. An adjoining patisserie and coffee shop will feature a selection of housemade pastries and espresso to-go. Husband-and-wife team Derek Salkin and Alyssa Hurlstone join the restaurant as Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef, respectively. Salkin’s resume includes positions at Jean Georges, The Modern, Thomas Keller’s Per Se and The French Laundry, and Joël Robuchon Restaurant at the Mansion, a three Michelin-starred French restaurant located in Las Vegas.
V Spot
V Spot was born during one annual fashion week trip from New York to Paris. V Spot seeks in-depth interpretation of modernity without overlooking the roots of the past. Made to order limited edition, prêt à porter, and accessories, the crux of our aesthetic is informed by Paraguayan art. We modernize ñanduti – the traditional handwoven lace made by indigenous Guarani women – and update traditional hand tooled leather and delicate handmade ancestral filigrana jewelry. With our multifunctional and versatile designs, a sophisticated, yet edgy woman can switch her look from casual to dressy, and unfold from day to evening.
Texas CASA and CASA of Travis County
When a child enters the child welfare system because his or her home is no longer safe due to abuse or neglect, a judge may appoint a committed volunteer advocate for the best interest of the child in court and other settings.
